What is the difference between MYP and DP?
The Middle Years Program (MYP) spans grades 6-10 in our district. Centennial offers grades 9-10 to our MYP students, which allows them to take rigorous coursework that will prepare them for college-level courses starting in the 10th grade and teaches them skills that will allow them to be successful in the Diploma Program (DP). The DP spans the 11th-12th grade years and prepares our candidates to earn an IB diploma. You can find additional program information under their respective tabs on the left-hand side of the page.
